Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | No real "topic" here other than some recent observations. The Dave Mathews name has come up a few times on this board usually refering to someone who "should" play an Ovation. Well funny thing. I was watching the VH1 Driven show about him, and it seems up until the time he became commercial he did play an Ovation. It looked like a Balladeer. Maybe it's time to get him back with a new LX outfitted model.
Also, on a related guitar note, it was nice to see a Hamer headstock very prominent on the new Shakira calander. This was also somewhat depressing as I realized I saw the Hamer logo before I noticed Shakira :( |
