My observations of this board leads me to believe that many of you are perhaps in fear of losing your marriage if you were to say "Honey, I'm buying another Ovation".
Well, I know your pain and I would like to help you.
For a nominal fee, plus shipping and handling, I will store your treasured classic in a heated, toddler-free, very-home-like environment for as long as you need it to "Lay Low".
As an additional service - at NO additional charge - I will routinely take them out of their cases, perform an in depth multi-point safety inspection, perhaps play them gently, maybe even talk to them saying nice things like "you are special, sure you are" and twice a year send you full color photos of your baby!
Other options could include pre-arranged rotation of stock to ensure you never exceed your Spousal Allotted Level of Aquired Venues (SALA V).
Just imagine the look of love and satisfaction on her face when you say "Honey, I'm shipping off another guitar!" or the time tested "Should we make a sewing room out of my old practice studio?".
Guys, this can only be a "Win-Win" situation.
I get to keep your guitar in the picturesque Great Northwest (Starbucks, Microsoft, Ishiro,The Wilson Sisters of Heart, Elvis was here in "62").
And you get to keep your house. |

I can't bear to part with any of my guitars. However, I will ask the question that all the married members are thinking but are afraid to say:
Does this offer in all it's detailed services, perhaps, maybe, apply to us sending you our wives?
That would be a better solution, and some of our wives would really appreciate that kind of treatment.
Bailey :D ;) :p
JUST JOKING DEAR, THE GUYS MADE ME DO IT, NO I WOULD NOT LIKE TO SEE YOU DO THE LOCOMOTION ON THE TOP OF MY GUITAR COLLECTION, NO I THINK YOU CAN DANCE QUITE GRACEFULLY, I DID NOT SAY THAT ABOUT BRITTANY I WAS QUOTING YOUR BROTHER. |

Maybe I could come work for you Al?
BTW - I am new at this, but when I mentioned getting another guitar I was tersely chided with "You have enough guitars". As if...
I will now focus my energy on getting her to learn how to play and then... |
