Beautiful guitar.
What's with the stand? Is it tied together with rope and leather? |

Strings:
I, too, tried the Elixir's, and also just don't like them. Have settled on Martin Phosphor Bronze light gauge for my Legend - I've been buying them on line from String This. I order 4 sets at a time and with shipping that is less than $4.00 per set. They buy in bulk, so the strings are delivered straight, not curled up. Spend a few bucks for the storage tube and your set. Environmentally friendly as there is minimal packaging involved.....
I didn't get new strings on before last Thursday's gig and manged to break two strings on my Legend and one string on my bandmate's Telecaster - new record!!! |

Location: Fort worth Texas | Damn Paul, you a little heavy handed? Let see the stand in the picture was hand made for me by one of our biggest fans we call him "Cowboy Bob" There's really no telling what he made it from but its solid as a rock. The "remember the name you will be screaming it later" is an old tag message from our old now non functioning message board on our bands website. The meaning I get from it is,..after a song has been performed well, sometimes people scream your name. So basicly I am tooting my own horn. |

Location: SoCal | Of course. On this board you have to take it and give it. All in fun.
By the way Billy, that is one beautiful guitar. I suspect that most of us are a bit envious. Way to go. If I'm screaming now it for you to put me in your will in line for your Legend. Enjoy! |
