Today i go into a local coffee shop to get coffee, and there i see a red Ultra-GS, but this wansnt an ordinary GS, it was covered in stickers advertising a goddamn blues jam thats taking place tonight, the guitar wasnt even going to be played, it was just there for advertising, this made me pretty mad.

Very sad. You should have made them an offer.

sometimes I think these guitars would better die by crashing them instead of using them as an advertisment gag. sad story.

I'm with Peterbright, go make 'em an offer. If that's all they're using it for they must not think it's worth anything.
I see an opportunity here. Hell, offer 'em $20 for the stickers & tell 'em you'll give 'em another ten spot for the "sticker mount".
Or- Maybe buy a shiney POS from a hock shop for $40 & offer 'em a fresh "sticker mount" in trade for the filled up one. :)
If you get it a little GOOF OFF will make the stickers all come right off of there I betcha.

I agree with Nils

That looks like a GREAT opportunity to score a good guitar for a GREAT price. I have no sympathy for the idiot that would be fleeced.

When all else fails, steal it. We won't tell. Just don't post a pic of it. Let us know how the heist goes.

if i do go through with it i will tell.

I now feel like its my job to get this guitar so it can be taken care of and not be crapped all over by advertisement stickers.

Save that sucker

Just think how upset people would be if a little puppy was treated like that.

So he knows it's a rare piece. What would this man do with a Rembrandt or a Van Gogh? Paint moustaches all over it to advertise his barbershop? The guy's a lunatic.

I think it's your destiny to save this poor guitar.

Can't you report him for guitar abuse?
