I was thinking about this years event (I leave home 10 weeks from tonight for the trip to CT) and have a proposal: Select a song (I haven't come up with any good suggestions on that) that we can all learn before the jam and have one big honking OFC jam tune with all willing OFC members playing along. I realize that there are limited mics and amps but with 30-40 players who needs amplification. Corny perhaps but it may be fun.

Kashmir Roundabout Veteran of Psychic Wars Just trying to think of stuff with lots of strings. If Ben Lacy can do all of the parts to Kashmir on ONE guitar, we should be able to pull it off.

When we're having a guitar get together at the house (or at the campfires in Kerrville) I always throw out Knockin' On Heaven's Door Four chords, and everbody knows the chorus and can sing along with the "Ooo, Oooo, Ooooooooooos"...
