Well, I doubt he'll get bad feedback for misrepresenting the item.....

Sounds like he really hates the guitar and is trying to have some fun getting rid of it!!!!!

No wonder he has a 100% rating. Old Applause Owner-Have you ever compared the sound of the W597MEWP you have to another W597 that doesn't haver the white pearl top? If so, how did they compare?

Music 123 thinks a little more highly of it:

My guess is that it was left to him by a late Uncle.
The "High" bidder will probably find a winning Lotto ticket stuck inside.

That's a classical Aria, the one "advertised" appears to be a steel string.

Peter, I've never even SEEN, let alone played, a real Melissa Etheridge 6-string. So I can't say anything for sure about that. The regular W597 I have played a couple of times at Elderly Instruments, and it is a nice piece. Can't imagine the ME model is significantly different.

The pearl finish on the ME 6-string does NOT work for me....I have no desire for one.

I CAN tell you there is no sound difference between the regular CVT 12-string and the ME model, I have played both, and own the ME.

Back to the Aria....well, OF COURSE Music123 will think highly of it!!! They're trying to sell it for street retail!!! :)

wow I can honestly say I have never looked at one of my guitars that way,...if it were mine I would probably just bust it into a million peices during a performance just to see it break apart if I hated it that much

I wonder...can you get enough feedback to actually get an acoustic electric to explode or will the pickup disintegrate first?

Don't know if any of you bothered to go check....the crappy Aria sold this morning for THIRTY-THREE dollars!!!!!

A couple of eBay newbies took a fancy to it and had a bit of a mini "death-duel" over it, that is why it got that high.

Just think, with shipping, it will cost almost $50!!!!
