Does the older woven Adamas top have wood in the middle like the SMT and CVT?

Any opinions on how they compare?

thanks

Yes it is a wood sandwich. You'd have to listen to them yourself. I'm sure some people prefer one over the other. My only smooth top is a custom made super shallow bowl SMT. I have several old textured tops, but they are all deep bowls, so comparison directly to the smooth top is pointless. Dave

How many guitars can I hitch hike cross country with ???

Actually I may bring a Thead. I want to drop one off with Kim and have them make a ss lyrachord bowl for it. Kind of like one of those fender stratacoustics. Would that be cool?

Truth is I am bring a Josh White. Not an ideal axe for the jam session, but I have to drop it off to someone at the tour.

shit.
I was hoping you'd bring the StealthSMT.
I've been itching to see/play that thang.

. . . guess a trip "out West" is in order for sometime in the future ;) .

Cliff, if you come out west, you make sure you come all the way out west, and not just stop in Phoenix.
