I am looking to purchase a wireless system. Any advice?? The choices are daunting. ie. UHF vs. VHF, single channel vs. multi channel, brand, etc.

Speaking of good cables...would a Planet Waves cable with the mute feature qualify?

PlanetWaves is D'Addario and most of the stuff of theirs that I've used has been of good quality. I was actually considering the very cables you are referring to at one time as I was constantly switching back and forth between two guitars at gigs. I opted for a Boss A/B footswitch instead, but I think the cables are a good idea.

Cliff,

How's that pedal workin' for ya?

I thought it was steep $, but I keep finding new uses for it, being that it has many variation settings.

Just curious.

Be well,
Johnny

Thanks for the information. I could see where an A-B box could come in handy.

Cliff-

I suppose we're talking about 2 different pedals.

I have the Boss Line Selector Switch (LS-2). I thought you were looking to get one several months back when you got your 12 string. As I recall, mine was about $100, but don't quote me.

Two different pedals indeed.
I thought you were referring to my effects pedal.
Sorry.

The A/B pedal is a Boss AB2 (or somehing like that - don't take it verbatim). Small, flat, blue anodized aluminum case, one plug in/two out (or vice-versa), a footswitch, a red and a green L.E.D. Runs on 2 AA's.

I think it cost me less than $40.
