Location: Netherlands | It certainly looks a lot like a breadwinner.
I like the fact that it has P90's, but I don't like the design at all. Anything that can go wrong with proportions does go wrong in this guitar.
And I wonder if this armrest thing will work, or if it will just be a piece of wood poking in your wrist...
...now if only more people knew the original...

Location: NJ | I have been looking for a klein although I do not want to pay anywhere near what people are asking for them. I played one at the namm show a number of years ago and they were excellent and I am generally not a no headstock kinda guy. |

Location: Las Cruces, NM | I always wanted a Breadwinner in the 70's but my conservative side kept me from buying one and I ended up with a Viper. I still think it is a boss looking guitar and regret my lack of adventurous thinking. But I would want the real thing, not a copy. |

Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | On original Breadwinner is worth having. I find this ESP intriging as in a recent conversation with Al and some Hamer fans I brought up the idea of a Breadwinner with P-90's. I think the original big single coils sound similar to p-90's so I don't think it would be much of a stretch. I'm not sure I would want to sacrifice an original to do it, but if I had enough parts laying around, it might be a fun project. |
