I just bought a CVT from Music 123 (GRIN). Does anyone know if they are shipping out with the Optima or the OP-50 preamp? I asked, they didn't know. The web site says it comes with the Optima, but they just got a new shippment in this month. Just curious as to if Ovation still makes CVT's with the Optima installed.
I really would like the Notch and the XLR output for live settings (banking that the CVT will take over as the main gtr from my Custom Legend). Besides the formetioned, is the fuctionallity and sound of the Optima comparable to the OP-50?

Location: Scotland		catalog shows current CVT with the OP50. The Optima & Op50 are too all intents and purposes, the same pre-amp
