| In the UK there's something called The Data Protection Act that lays down strict legal limits and requirements for any holding of personal information in digital form. With hefty penalties for transgression.
Applies to everyone who keeps records on a computer - schools, kids soccer clubs, church rosters, whatever.
Figure you guys must have something similar. All the onus falls on the one person holding the information. |
