I have a Breadwinner that someone had in stalled a new pickguard and pickups. When I bought the guitar I did get the original guard and pickups. When I installed the old guard and pickups I saw a little white wire laying in the body of the guitar. I do not know if it came form the one I took out or the one I was installing (original). Can anyone tell me if they have a white wire on the bottom of your PBA? If you do could you send me a pic so I could put it back in the right spot. You can email me at: chris_dw@swbell.net.

Thanks, Chris

If it is attached to ground, it's the wire that goes over to the mounting lug from on the bridge. All of the wires should be attached to the pre-amp board so there should be this one "extra" maybe with a wire lug on it that goes to the bridge.

Good guess, I'd put a buck on saying it's the ground wire too.
