When I took a second look, I realized that the first 35 are all men. She's the first woman player to be listed.
Btw, try not to miss seeing page 8 of April 2004 Guitar Player Magazine (Joe Satriani on the cover).

Django wasn't on the list at all. Or Chet that I could see, or was this for "still among us" folks only?
I've had the very distinct pleasure of seein Phil Keaggy a few times, and master Kottke comes to town at least once a year. To even BE ON the same list as those two old masters... well, thats nothing to sneeze at.
Faact is, its not where you are thats AS important as where you're going, so keep the lamp of encouragement lit and turned up fully. |
