Hey is pretty nice, not so cheezy at all.

For those that dont yet have one -

Mine was the dark blue color, with "Ovation" printed in the logo area, naturally.

Its pretty nice of the folks in the factory to do this - plus it seems like its something that will get some use too (like this weeks biz-trip).

Think we might be able to order one from the OFC store one of these days?

Looks like the drink holder is 12-16oz size, but the .45 will fit in the pocket right next to the drink holder.

Main Pocket: Sheet music, tab, etc., 2-3 instrument cords, fold up stand and cloth.

Square Pocket: spare strings, nail clippers, winder, side cutters, mints, bag of picks from the OFC Store, duct tape and spare 9v batteries.

Half-Round Pocket: capo, picks, breath mints.

Bottle Pocket: 12 oz bottled water or cell phone (off).

Now when I start packing a 6 and a 12 this bag is going to get heavy!

Al's beverage holder I'm sure would include the use of chemical cold-paks for refrigeration, a strapped on half gallon camel back system like the military uses, and a flexi hose that fits on a headpiece so its always close to his beer hole while his strummin'.

Come to think of it, I could use something like that myself.

The breath mints are because we care about others. I left out the superglue/instant callous for digit damage.

I was interested what others carry in their "Gig Bags" - even Al's.

Mine is the dark navy blue. Were there other colors sent out?

What to carry IF I was playing out (its been a while).

Lets see. Goin' out say with a Tele and the O.

Definately strings - two sets, one for each. Winder. Pack-O-9v batteries. Tuner (for the Tele). Two GeorgeL cables. An XLR cable and Low to High impedance xformer. Effect(s) du jour, which would probably be delay, compressor and blue-magic OD (for the Tele, not O). White TOWELS - two medium ones. Find room for a Leatherman in there someplace.

I like the idea of nail clippers...I hate when you got that sharp corner (right hand) that catches.

Dunno about the drink. Definately no eats.
