Location: Lake Hiawatha, New Jersey | Well, once again, my Ovation came through for me big time. I played a very big place Thursday night for the first time. Most of the venues I play are less than half the size of this place (Jiggs Corner in Butler, NJ). I brought one of my Martin's and My Baladeer with me to the gig. With the room being so large, I had to really crank up my P.A. system (which I am not used to doing) and the baladeer just sounded incredible. The Martin needed a lot more E.Q. work (which I didn't have time to do) to get the sound I wanted, but the Ovation just needed to be cranked up! I posted some pics from the show in the photo gallery if you would like to take a look. |
