Just wondering exactly what the middle button(cant remember what its called)tone enhancer filter thingy on the op 50 does. Is it different from what you adjust with the eq?

do you mean the notch filter or the pre-shape?

The notch filter is a narrow-Q very steep EQ cut which reduces feedback at the most prominant frequency, turn the knob during feedback at at some point it'll correspond with the feedback frequency & kill it.

The pre-shape is a pre-set EQ curve which cuts the mids & boosts the lows and highs. Known as "smiley face" EQ or the "instant gratification" setting. It can sound good for strumming but tends to sound thin at higher volume. Personally I leave it switched out.
