Paul,
You mentioned listening to the "session roughs" of your bands album. Do you have some CDs already out? I searched the OFC and didn't find any reference and on the web, found some ref. to Paul Templeman, probably you, but again no mentions of CDs. If they are out there, where can we get some?
If the one you are working on is the first, please let us know when it is available, I am sure others here would like to have one also.
Thanks,
noel

I'm not a solo performer, but I've played on lots of other peoples work over the years. Mostly local stuff, nobody really famous but hey, it's a living, kinda. My bands CD will be out in 6 to 8 weeks. I'll let you all know. We'll have some pre-release mixes on our webpage shortly

Logged on your web site and downloaded "aint", "count", and "tulane".
I like them all, but lean a little towards Count Me Out for some real good guitar work. All of them sound good, but I like your venues even better after you had that feature on that ancient pub a while back. I could dig following you around to the various pubs just to see them. Good site.

BTW, my son lent me his Soundblaster with it's drivers, turns my computer into a nice stereo and makes the MP3s sound good.

The picture resolution isn't great. It's a Preacher. There's a Tornado & Mandolin as well, Viper 3 hidden behind a monitor wedge...........or were you refering to the music?

Got a good answer from my log on the web site, thanks. Played your songs for my wife and she said that you seem to know about recording, I told her that you seem to make your living doing that kind of stuff. With two sons that spend their lives and money doing that sort of thing, she admitted that your stuff was pretty good.

Thanks Bailey. The tracks on the webpage were recorded live using a stereo pair of mikes and as such are OK and representative of our live sound. The CD will be a whole different thing.

Tried the link to the webpage Paul, but it failed (probably my server over here). Been there before, but just wanted to check and see what was "new" w/You, Don & the Lads.
Shame that they grounded the Concorde, as now I can't "pop over" every now and again to catch a set anymore.

Speaking of Links:

Al/Miles;
Would it be possible to expand the "Links" Category to include Members' viable solo/group musical webpages?
I know that numerous Members here have such pages providing schedules, pics, demo files, etc. The only way to really find them are to search through their "Profiles" (if they're listed). It'd make it easier for Members to find out what other Members are up to in different parts of the country/planet.

Any thoughts?

Cliff,
I am having the same problem you are. Have tried for a couple of days with no results, just "This page unavailable."

Knowing Templeman, he probably pissed away the "webpage budget" on a case of Chilean Merlot . . .

I resemble that remark. There must be a problem with the server over here, now where's that 'king corkscrew.

Paul,
How is the CD coming along? Looking forward to geting one when completed.
Just a reminder that we are all still interested and we have new members that don't know about it, but now they do.

that sounds like a good idea to me.

I don't do the tech stuff so you will have to e mail miles on that.

I would suggest breaking the links into catagories for easy navigation

Cliff,

As just a member of this board, I think you have a good idea, of course I don't know how much more work it would be for our fearless leaders.
