Whilst I prefer AbsolutCitron to gin, I like the way you think! |

Plum Velour Leisure Suits with Capes and sequins... sounds like the perfect outfit for the OFC Band! |

Some Joker already used that outfit! I knew you were just kidding because purple velour would so clash with your Redwood Collector.

Location: Canton (Detroit), MI | Sorry for being late in weighing in on this....if the guitars you use are matte finish neck, not glossy, I'd wax the neck per the Ovation manual(which they recommend anyway). My matte finish neck guitars always seem "faster" after that for a while(several days). I use MinWax, but there are also recommendations in the owner's manual.
After that, I use Dunlop 65 polish on the neck for maintenance until the next wax. If this is a frequent concern, I'd just use the wax when needed and skip the Dunlop.
On a gloss-finish neck, I'd just use the Dunlop 65.
Cycling glove liners are an interesting thought, but you'd need to cut the fingers off(liners are for added warmth in cold weather under full overgloves), and the added palm bulk would be a bother, I would think.

DO NOT put it on your hand and then wipe the leg of your mauve velour jump suit. The Michael Jackson crotch grab is not recommended either since the audience can then tell everywhere your hand has been. |
