Location: Delaware | Went to visit my dad in the hospital on Sunday, he is 84 years old and was having some trouble so they admitted him last Thursday for a battery of tests. He knew I had recently picked up a 12 string (6758LX) but he hadn't had a chance to come over and hear it yet. So in a rush I made this recording and took it on an mp3 player to him in the hospital. I think he liked it. I messed up some of the words but I don't think he noticed (or cared). http://home.comcast.net/~dave1030/music/cats%20in%20the%20cradle.wm... |

Location: Marlton, NJ | Dave - it's absolutely fantastic. Given the circumstance, I don't think I could get through that song without choking up. I'm sure he loved it and is extremely proud. |

I'm sure your dad loved it! |

Location: Boise, Idaho | I had to leave our first Portland jam to sing and play for my Mom's surprise 80th birthday. About that time we found out she had dimentia. She still remembers it, though. |
