Location: Chicago | Another live Another Ovation Outing : this time with percussion. This is Jeff Burns and myself at a local gig playing my tune "Ursa Gyspy". It's the Legend 1117 on lead and fake "slap bass": what WAS I thinking? |

Did ya turn off the recorder just prior to the applause or is that why you're here? ;)

Location: Chicago | Yeah, the sound guy pulled the plug. Weird: you hear the audience in the background, we hit the last chord and then ...CENSORED!
Great story: It was an opening for sculptor Preston Jackson who's done pieces on display arouund Chicago. Instead of mixing with his admiring crowd, he sat for two hours on the floor in front of the band with his family, mesmerized, shouting and commenting. A great guy! Guitars of Fire sure won a fan that night. |

Very Nice!!
Why is it the majority of the members of this fan club constantly act like thier playing ability is not that good???? If I could play 1/2 as good as that, I'd be one happy camper!!
Very Impressive! |

Location: Chicago | Well Moody here's the update: I took Damon's advice and de-cranked the truss a bit. That reduced the bulge noticeably. Inside I discovered that the top cracks follow the bottom braces EXACTLY. The braces are solid so I am less worried at this point. It is a big decision to shred a 35-year-old guitar top!
BTW: Installed a top-of-the-line Fishman Prefix Plus-T in my Adamas (1581 RI). This will be the gigging battle axe from now on, I hope. Thus Old Man Legend can stay at home. |

Location: Sydney, Australia | Dobro, very nice indeed. Unlike the American Idol clip in another post, you've got great expression and make that 1117 sing. |
