There are enough videos of her playing one. Here's one where she's playing an Adamas.

Nancy Wilson doesn't sell guitars. Nikki Sixx, Heroine Diaries and that SEVEN guy apparently do. Marketing. CLICK.

If you're trying to tell me that Al Dimiola is 'newer' than Nancy Wilson, I'm not quite buying it. And wiht all due respect to Al, and Melissa, that ain't rock and roll. Seems to me that early on, Nancy made Ovations shine in the rock arena like nobody else.

(I don't listen to a lot of new music so I don't know about this Sixx character or that silly herione diaries thing.)

Nancy Wilson doesn't sell guitars. (I'm sure she would have and did, along with at least a dozen others in the 70's.... that was nearly 30 years ago).

re and agree: Nikki Sixx, Heroine Diaries and that SEVEN guy apparently do. Marketing. CLICK.

Yeah... Maybe I'm an old fart, but I would buy a guitar on Nancy's recommendation long before I bought anything associated with Heroin Diaries or the SEVEN guy.
And Nancy is alot cuter.

BTW-- My T's play fine with nobody-else's name on the frets!

See? I am obviously not part of that Demographic.

Yeah, but look how much money a fairly small group of old farts are willing to splurge on guitars. AJ alone is worth a marketing campaign if he could be convinced to buy something new.

That would seem to fit many of the young adult males these days. Did you know that the boys actually wear girl's jeans? They want the low hips and tight fit. Maybe it isn't quite as offensive as the baggy prison bitch low rider style, but it is still not right.

This world needs a "John Wayne" model. Or a "Dirty Harry" model.

Nobody knows who John Wayne is and Harry is fading.
I agree, the look is better but still not right.

Maybe the trend will change now that they all see the President wear his pants all the way up. We can only hope......

Dirty Harry Model. LOL. Now there's an idea!

"I know what you're thinking. Did I hit all six strings, or only five? To tell you the truth, in all the excitement, I lost track myself. But being as this is an Ovation, the most coolest guitar in the world, and it would blow your ears clean off, you've got to ask yourself one thing . . . Do you feel lucky? Well do ya, PUNK?"

Ha ha ha ha ha. My day is made.

Sarah and Nancy were one of the best vocal combinations of all time. Heart's music still rocks as good as it did back then. They didn't look all that bad either (:

It's a shame that pure talent doesn't seem to be as plentiful nowadays. (I know ... it's MY opinion, but I'm sticking to it)

Actually, Ephiphone had Nancy Wilson as the primary endorser of les paul aimed at hard rock girls. Called it an ultra. About as close as you can get to her own model. But who cares, they need to make a Kaki King model, or even a Shakira model ... hey I'd like to see a Shakira model ... the point is they need to create a model relevant to the under 30 something girls. So for the Adamas line definitely a Kaki King model, and for the Ovation line, a shakira model with lots of bling, like a custom legend, but blonde or natural.
