Guitar---- yes
Pants ---- no

Bell Bottom Blues has always been a song I'd like to learn to play.

The pants are cool and his haircut is cute in the photo but Brad ultimately suffered the same fate as many of us who had long hair back in the day...........

I am glad I grew mine long while I had it.

I have a theory... nothing to base it on, so I'm just putting it out there.

Short Hair in youth = full hair later in life.
Long Hair in youth = less hair later in life.

I had short hair for most of my life under age 30. Once out of the Navy, I tried growing it longer, just cause I could. I still can. I know others in the same, but they all "grew up" with short hair.

I certainly can't argue with that theory.

I had a crewcut in my youth, Miles. Then gradually got longer through high school and college. I prefer the grass doesn't grow on a busy street theory.

God only made so many perfect heads. On the rest, He put hair. Mine is approaching perfection.

....oops, did this topic just turn religious?

I started losing my hair rapidly as soon as we had our first kid. I also turned 30 about the same time, but I prefer to blame it on the kid.

Balding seems to be more prevalent today as opposed to years ago. An older gent back in my 20s had a theory relating to that.

He said that showers removed more natural oils than did baths. As a result the reduced natural nutrients and protection results in more hair loss.

In my case, the hair that resided on that little bald spot on the back of my head has migrated to places unpopulated in the past!

Yeah, people are walking all over me too. This topic is depressing me, and to top it off, my beard is almost as grey as Beal's........

I got a chuckle out of Wabbit's rocks comment. I'm notoriously hard-headed.
