The little oops just showed up. It is a seriously nice guitar. I'll be dark for a while now ... got to break in that sweet 3 piece top. Mark, you're gonna love yours when it gets there.

Great minds think alike. I made the same offer Stonebobbo did and bought one just like it. His mind is greater than mine, though. He knows how to post a picture of it, so I don't have to. I wonder if that's a picture of his or mine.

They just listed another one. I could swear it said "1 available" when I bid on mine, but maybe that was after they accepted the offer. I'll be lucky if it gets here by Christmas.

Now you know why most of us outside the US drive smaller cars. How much is a US gallon now? Prices here are really dropping now, about US$5.17, but was $6 to $7 for a long time.

Asking Santa for a new computer (January sales) an maybe a capo that will suit my 12-string.

Right now I'm payin' $1.52 US for regular. That's down from a high of $3.98.

Pez,
The 1681 IS a great sounding and looking guitar, as I'm sure Beggin and Music would agree as they both bought one off of me. Now, why did I sell them again?

Bob and Mark,
I can't say enough about that Balladeer. As Dave once said about his, the sound just jumps out of it. Easy player too.

Hey Brad, we got the same present! I've been reading manuals for the past 2 days.

Mine has one of these with it too. I assume you got it too?

Damon, you're way ahead of me on the digital gadgets. Nothing digital about the AC30. I'll run it with my simple electric pedal board. I'm curious how it will compare against all the old Fenders I've got stacked up against the band wall. May need to start unloading some gear someday.

I bought myself a Blueridge BR-40-LH... Brown says it will be here tomorrow. I played on about 3 months ago and it had a great sound for Bluegrass...
