Me too. I thought I'd show the list to SWMBO as another example of I'm not as bad as this guy, but then I remembered that she's wary of OFCers who are worse than me.

Mark,

Make a deal wid ya... you don't show Linda my list and I won't show it to Patty either...

She already suspects I'm an AW... would hate to substantiate her fear after over 40 years!

I'm sure that after 40 years she knows stuff about you that you don't.
I think I figured out where the 07 OFC confusion started--me. I just noticed that's what I put in my sig line. It's the same as the OFC I, which Brad might be able to bring.
I could bring the LAV Koa, if anyone's interested.

Thanks for the tip, Bobbo. We're booked for four nights at the log cabins. There's a Model A club coming in from Billings who are hogging most of the rooms, so it could be tight there. Better call early. I plan to bring the 1581 30th Anniversary RI.

Just noticed this. I'm guessing Waskel has never tried to get in the "back seat" of a 911.

I've never dressed in leather, but I'm thinking that full leather, a helmet and straddling a Harley for 1000 miles would be a lot more comfortable than 100 miles in the "back seat".

Now I know you haven't spent any time in the "back seat".

When I was in college, I agreed to carpool on a field trip which meant riding in the back seat of a 911. There were two of us back there, too, and we kept getting in and out most of the day. And we were little people. I could not raise my head up for a week afterwards. I'll take a Harley, any Harley, over the back seat of a 911, unless it is snowing, and even then I'd take the Harley if I had the right gear.

Since it looks like 2 OFCs may be there, I'll either bring the Ute or the LAV Koa. The Ute might travel better. Looks like either will fit in the back trunk with a soft case, so that's the plan for now.

Looks like my wish list is more than covered by the "will bring" list. Wow!

I'll bring the 2080, and I presume Sara will bring the UTE.

If Sara brings her Ute, then I'll bring the LAV Koa. If someone else brings a LAV Koa then I'll bring the 04 Commemorative CL. Heck, maybe I'll just bring the old Matrix. It went with us the last time we were in the Black Hills, 1977.

Say, Alison, do you have a copier at the shop? For those bringing music, lead sheets, etc., we'll need copies, and we can pass the hat to cover your costs for paper, toner, etc. Also, should we bring our own music stands?

Brad, I don't have a copier, but I might be able to borrow one. Got plenty of music stands though.

This has been a common issue at most jams.

May I suggest an ol' fashion overhead projector?

I tried a PC projector and screen at the Sea Cow Serenade, but the printing was too small (my fault) and it took time to agree/select/project (everybody else's fault ).

With an OHP, just plop down and align the cheat sheet, voilĂ  (assuming senior citizen sized fonts, of course)!

I have another idea. Everybody send me their lead sheets in either Word or as a PDF. I'll print them out, make copies, and bind them in alphabetical order into one jam book for the event. Only three rules . . . (1) put your name on the sheet in addition to the name of the song (in case questions arise), (2) only one song per sheet and one sheet per song, and (3) I'll need them by a date certain to run the copies and bind the packages before I leave. I'm thinking I'll need the sheets no later than June 15th. Also, be reasonable and don't send me 150 songs each. Maybe we should limit the number if it gets too big. I can confirm how many books we'll need with Johnny as the date approaches. Anybody in?
