Is this leap year? Is it Feburary or March? Is February even spelled right?

Jeez, I need a calendar.

March 02, 2011: UMC Worship and Activities calendar ordered...

March 10, 2011 delivered and waiting for me to arrive home...

March 11, 2011: Now hanging in the "previously occupied by another but not for three months" space on my office wall...

No guitar content though...

Brad, I think Mike is saying that he no longer needs his OFC calendar and that it can go to some other deserving soul!

It's not the calendar, it's not the money, it's the transparency...just wondering...as if no one else is...

DB, it's easy to be a big guy when it's an internet post huh...

Maybe if you knew the circumstances you would use some of the charity you profess.

Everybody just shut up about this. There's a lot of stuff going on that you're not aware of. If you think the kid and zilla are doing something wrong, then you obviously don't know them. Not everybody lives out there personal drama on the board.....

Wow, nice Christian values.

Let's see..."it's the money". I guess 30 bucks might be of great concern, especially when you've laid out somewhere probably north of 7K for guitars in a few weeks.

"it's the transparency...". Not everybody is comfortable broadcasting every intimate detail of their personal lives on a public forum.

I hope for the sake of the soul you profess that you are truly repentant when you discover (as you will) the myriad reasons for the delay.

Maybe if you knew the circumstances
I'd like to know. Isn't that the point? Is it a secret? Obviously there is a problem/circumstance/reason...but if not in the public forum, why not in a PM to all concerned?

Others have wondered as well...they've posted...Instead "let's just attack MM"...whatever...But the personal attacks? why the double standard on the rules...

Mike... public or private, the circumstances are none of your business.

Not everybody tells the world (or even people that they are just aquainted with on a message board) the details of their problems.

You've met Zilla and you've met the Kid. Either trust them or don't. If you don't, then I'll send you a refund out of my pocket.

I don't know Zilla THAT well, but I know Brad. And I'd trust him in any situation not to screw me over.

Trust them or don't. But if you don't, let me know where to send a check......

"I'd like to know...Is it a secret?" No, just no desire by those involved to air private issues in an attempt to get public displays of sympathy; some people believe their private lives should be private.

"why not in a PM to all concerned?" Indeed, why DIDN'T you PM your concerns, instead of making three separate snarky posts about the subject in three separate threads within a matter of minutes?

"But the personal attacks?" Exactly. Why post snide insinuations of something nefarious on the part of two individuals who for YEARS have been VOLUNTEERING their time to this project, and have always done a superb job?

"why the double standard" That is PRECISELY our question. Why do you hold others to a different standard than you hold yourself?

Paul, I'll contribute the the refund.

For ANYONE who no longer wants to wait for their calendar, send me an email to stonebobbo at gmail dot com and I'll arrange for Brad to refund your money immediately (plus an extra $5 to soothe your aggravation). I will cover any and all calendars not wanted and get them to people/places that would treasure them.

If all goes well I should have the calendars in my possession by this time next week. There is a lot of work to organize and ship them but I'll get right on it.

Most of you have shown great understanding and patience.
For that the employees of the Zilla & Slipkid Calendar Company INC are very grateful.

When Bobbo wants to stop I'm sure The Usual Suspects will take over and buy them all up.

Each and every posted complaint should add a month to their projected ship date.

WOW GUYS! ... It's a calender. Why all this drama? We really need to re-evaluate our priorities ... maybr buy and sell some more guitars, or go on vacation.

How 'bout we buy a guitar, take it on vacation, and get some new pictures for next year's calendar?

Isn't it a super moon about now? It's been too rainy for me to tell the last few days.

That would be a shame. I like these things and would much prefer they keep coming. If it's all down to logistics, there must be some others on this site with the skills and desire to pitch in and ease the workload on our two-man calendar crew. I'd be glad to help if I can, though I am not sure what I have to offer in that "skills" department.
