It's good to know we'll be safe if we're attacked by any fresh fruit.

Just a bump.

- YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING.

- ROOM RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BEFORE May 26, 2005 to get the special OFC Rate.

I just checked with the hotel and only 7 room reservations have been made in the OFC block. INSURE THE HOTEL IS AWARE you are attending the Ovation Fan Club event.

See you in all in 32 days.

Interesting - I registered 4 days ago and the guy at the hotel said there were only a 'handful' of rooms left in our block. Maybe he was confused and meant a handful were taken.

This is true.

And one day my wife was sitting in the dentists' chair, I'm in the room keeping her company, he's working, got his hands in her mouth, and he says, "Do you know why dentists have big nostrils?".
"Uh, uh", she mumbles.
"Because they have big fingers".

Regarding the "Jam Session"- I recall from the 2003 tour that we had the Fireman's hall with a stage, a few amps and a PA set up. Are there any members that plan on attending who perhaps play drums or keyboards and might we arrange to have something like that, or would that maybe get out of control?
Just a thought - I know most of you only want to hear the sweet sound of Ovation Guitars.
I'll be bringing the (brand X) bass, but it will never come out of the case if I get to play an Ovation that happens to be there.
(with frets)
Hopefully, I won't be the only bass player.

The first year we had Paul T's egg as percussion. Worked pretty good.

I've never known Cliff to sit on anything for too long.....but "hatching", well, that's another story.
But...back to the topic?

curios that this thread lives at the top of the posts last few days, or is that just me.
Anyways, I hope to attend, but I am waiting to see if it fills up. I will have opportunity to visit factory all summer and don't want to bump someone else who really wants to visit that weekend.
Out of curiosity, where does everyone who drives there, leave their guitars while at tour? Sort of nervous about leaving any guitars in locked car during daytime heat while at tour. Peace mike

For the '03 tour, I everyone brought their
guitar(s) to the factory, where they were checked-in. tagged and stored until we left for the "Jam"
I think everyone felt that that was safe.
