I don't need the extra 2 frets, it has the CA nut width, and the bridge is towards the middle of the body for a better acoustic sound. It was like it was built for me.......

The lady that did the Abalone inlay work was dark haired and did not have any Lamas... She had been working at Ovation for at least 15 yrs... Ab Here is your fret presser -

The foot is Kim Keller's, the miscreant who brought the guitar with the full intent of destroying it to the shock and horror of all present. Actually it was quite funny. He had this Celeb he rescued from the dustbin with it's bridge lifting. He took it out at dinner and proceeded to drag it around by the headstock, 'accidently' drop it, throw it to various people, and generally abuse it while seeming oblivious to the looks he was getting. Finally he used it for kicking practice, with Moody taking the first shot. Unfortunately, he was wearing tenners and only succeeded in causing the top to begin separating from the body. It was Master Paul Templeman's mighty boot which pierced the body just below the bridge. Brad (slipkid) decided to take the poor thing home for a decent burial. (actually he just wanted the preamp - op40 I believe.) All in all it was good fun!

I said I had something special to show her, then pretended to trip and drop the guitar on the sidewalk. I have shocked the bejezzus out of my wife and all 3 kids. I'm a baaaaaad boy.

As a former 'traditionaI artist' I can really appreciate the talent and time that went into that. You are very skilled and I hope you are getting paid well for your talent in some type of artistic career. Great job, and thanks for sharing the illustration on the site! Johnny
