It may be old hat to some of you, but not me. We're talking about taking a week and seeing some of New England in connection with a factory tour. My wife's never been there. We'll be in Charlotte for a week before the 4th of July. If you did something in Asheville the weekend before the 4th, I'd try to get over, but Miles is hosting the NW gathering the weekend of the 4th and I'm trying to make it back for that.

If anyone ever gets the urge to have a gathering in Idaho, I promise to host. I was looking at some maps of New England this noon and thinking about a road trip, but that might suck in a rental car.

Give them a break Something in Carolina asheville area makes a lot of sence to me. I;ll see what we can find. Jim that one you had nmight be to camping oriented. I'm thinking one night stay and use both days to the fullest. Can we get 50 people? then demo and clinic poeple can start to come into the mix. In my mind though the prime time 8-11pm is OFC members jam/show/whatever. This is your time to shine Sound right? but my brother owns this place. http://www.entertaincarolina.com/ maybe an all day free concert open to public? Just an idea....

The festival itself will have National & International acts and some unknowns. Frank J. Russo is puttting the festival. He is a long time promoter based out Rhode Island formally. I think it has a Southern Rock/Country theme, but I'm not positive. How manytimes have you gotten a chance to play infront of 10s of thousands of people? I don't know if you of you remember the old West Harford/Agora Ballroom on Dexter Ave, W. Hartford CT. My brother was one of the owners there in 1980s. Thoughts???

Kick back tell some stories, drink a little, listen to a few more, watch the waves, eat, sleep on the beach, get up and do it again and head home in May! or June? But the Factory would be nice in the Fall too. Randy
