Speaking of lawyers and golf, did you hear that Johnny Carson got sued after he was interviewing a golf pro's wife? I think it was Arnold Palmer's. He asked what she did to help his game. She said she kept his balls warm because warm balls go farther. Johnny said, "Ooh! I bet that makes his putter stand up."

It may be apocryphal but I always loved the story from about 30 years back about the NFL linebacker who was asked live on tv whether he preferred grass or astroturf and replied that he'd never smoked astroturf. |
