Well, be ready to play all. Max Campbell, master of the twirly sticks will be there to sit in for our percussive wants and needs. Lino Alimboyao will be there with his Music Man Sting Ray too.

We'll have folks there playing all sorts of instruments....

But no banjo players..... yet

Mike, what body do you have? I might have some parts, depending.

Update...

Bad news... I'm unemployed again.

Good news... I'll be attending (well I think it's good news.. others may not)..

I will be bringing some goodies and some guitars that WILL BE FOR SALE !!!!! (or trade) and of course stuff just to play on.

I will update my inventory and post in case someone is interested in something particular.

I am interested in the following...
- Sunburst Viper (no mods)
- Preacher Deluxe
- Deacon
- Eclipse
- Fender Stratocaster

I really don't know what I will be bringing, but it seems life has veared more toward boats and actually PLAYING my guitars instead of just collecting them. I'll still be keeping the few special "keepsakes" but many others will be fair game and at you-shoulda-been-there prices.

This is all assuming Damon approves.

Saturday AND Sunday or just Saturday and we stop the clock at Midnight?
I'm trying to talk OMA into leaving his street corner and he insists on busking your neighborhood...

I've already stocked up on screening and duct tape.

OK, a bit of an update:

We'll have a few of my local musician friends over for those that want to jam some....

Max Campbell, master of the twirly sticks has volunteered to sit in on the skins for us, and Lino Alimboyao will have his Ernie Ball Stingray to throw some bottom end in it. Chasen Chantz will be there with his Red Flamed O (Hmmm I wonder who he got that from), as well as J, my guitar playing counterpart in "Hand Shaved Noodles" (who plays a 2778LX, again I wonder who he got it from?). Todd Shannon, the Keyboard King, is tentative, but there will be another 1 or 2 there with some keyboard skills. We'll have some other non OFC member Ovation owners there as well. This weekend I'm throwing a birthday bash for Derek "Buddha" Olds. He should be at the gathering as well with his 5 string AND his acoustic O (OK, this one was acquired from Alpep).

OH! Guitars!

Everything on "My Guitars" link will be there with the exception of the Adamas 2080. That's with a friend down in AZ for the moment. There are a few other non-O electrics floating around that I don't have on the site yet too.

Anyone want to add to the guitar list? I'll start it:

Adamas II Reissue
Gibson Flying V Designer Series 1984
Mosrite Joe Maphis Doubleneck 1963
Ovation K-1261 Tornado 1967
Ovation 1264 Magnum IV Bass 1982
Ovation Deacon
Ovation 1271-8 Viper
Ovation 1291 UKII 1982
Ovation 1537 Elite 1983
Ovation 1768-7LTD "Book Elite"
Ovation MM68-5 Mandolin
Ovation 1769 Al DiMeola Custom Legend
Ovation C2078LX Custom Elite LX 12 String
Ovation C2078LX Custom Elite LX
Ovation VXT
Peavey T-60 1981
Peavey Predator with GK2A and Roland GR-30 Guitar Synth
Peavey Generation S1
Peavey Generation S2
Peavey Falcon Active (and scalloped)
Peavey Falcon Custom

And a cheapo uke acquired at the last NW OFC gathering!

Ooooh! Bobbo! An OFC II? If Mr O brings his, that'll be both versions represented!

I can't wait! So many cool guitars! Yes, I know! An exclamation point after nearly every sentence is tiring, but I'm just that freekin' excited!

Hey all, a possible out-of-town guest asked if Saturday the 27th was the only day we'd be doing anything.

Saturday's the day to be here if you're only going to be around for the day, but if you're here Friday eve, or still around Sunday, Casa D's is open for business. There's lots of things to do within 15 minutes of here in a car, not to mention within walking distance of the house there are restaraunts, museums, shops, etc (including a Nordstrom's AND a Neiman Marcus so beware guys) should SWMBO feel the need to get away from us hooligans.

Some of the closer hotels. For reference, the house is right off 105th Ave SE and Main Street.

Al made it to the last one. I think one registered resident of New Jersey per century might be all the PNW can handle.

....Don't you have to book Big Talent like Beal in the previous August for the coming year? (I'm curious as our band is working to get promo material out before all the local venues are booked for the Fall/Winter season.)

It's a long way for Beal to drive, but it would be one helluva fun road trip to be on, dodging the revenuers and all that.

Its only raining a little bit this morning...

Maybe you could get Paul Allen to fly you up and do a little Kaman Music event at the EMP .

The only rain I want is on my freshly planted grass seed. Other than that, I want the sun.

As far as the other, been there done that, wrote the book and retired.
