I've got some lyrics I started on a long time ago. I'll try to remember to bring them along and let you guys finish.

Is anyone interested in an event shirt? I've only had ONE pre-order, but if no one else is interested I'll not bother with the project.

Y'kin be with us in spirit (or Spirits) with your t-shirt on, a guitar in your lap, and a cold micro brew at your side. (totally awesome scenery with a fecund smell would put it over the top!)

I will do that, and every time someone hits the wrong string or mutes half the intended chord, you will know that my spirit is there!

Have a great time,

Mike...

OK, since I am not able to attend, despite only being 170 miles distant (#@%*), I have purchased a T-shirt, to commemorate my misfortune. Perhaps, the asembled membership could sign it for me. Just one favor, however- I may want to wear it in public sometime, so let's not be TOO politically incorrect, or profane.
Otherwise, I will hoist a toast- perhaps, more than one- over the period of the festivities.
Anyone volunteered to function as "official" photographer? I would, definitely, nominate Damon!!

Prior commitments. Sorry. Actually, it's about 3 hours, each way, given the traffic. The irony is, I will be in Arlington & Darrington, the next weekend.

Just so I don't bring beer you've already had, what real (Canadian) beers get exported down your way?

These beers are probably all pretty good, but I'm still working my way through the list. ....it takes longer than it would have 30 years ago..

Phillips Brewing Co. (no relation...sigh) does some fine work. Vancouver Island brewing (esp. Hermans) is quite good. In any case, what have you already had? (and remembered)

I like bitter's and hefty (Wiesen etc.) beers. I've had none of those. I actually like Canadian (Molson) but I don't get the expport as it's different than what's up in BC. But I have not seen any of those micro's here.

I'm not much into the Stouts or Porters, especially in the summer. Ales, Lagers, Pilsners, etc. I'm easy. If I don't like the first one, I'll learn to like it by the second. I've only had one type of beer I didn't like, but I can't remember the name of it. First time I had it, I thought it had gone bad. Then I had the same type by a different brewer and realized I just didn't like the taste. I drank the whole bottle the second time. It's a sin to waste beer.

fill, there used to be a beer from up there called Duffy's

Been a decade and a half since I've had it though. Ever hear of it?

I know it used to knock me on my back-side.

I'm not a huge beer drinker but will try anything once at least.
A beer is great after a hot day.
And yes the glasses have to be cold

A bit more like Dean Martin (Little O'l Wine Drinker Me) and Damon. :)

If it has a buzz I'll give it a go!!

Hey, On the bird in 12 hrs
