Not the voice I remember as Tom Rush but I remember the name. I thought Tom had more of a country twang.

So I just got my beat-up 1115-4, and was looking for Lessons. I found this:
1115-1 I think
And I just thought it was nice that the first thing I punched up had some dude playing an old O!

WE WERE ALL YOUNG ONCE. Holy schnike! John McLaughlin looks like he is fourteen in this very gentle version of Lotus Feet with Larry Coryell.

PS I have a photo of Larry onstage with Hendrix!!

This is Tommy Emmanuel as I filmed him at the Grand Ole Opry on June 15th. I took my wife there thinkin' we were going to sit through two hours of bluegrass. I did not read the program prior and was totally dumbfounded when Tommy walked on stage. Video cameras are forbidden but I could not resist trying to get my guitar hero on film.

"The Tall Fiddler" featuring Tommy Emmanuel and Ricky Skaggs. Our second night in Nashville. I stayed at the hotel watching our youngest daughter and enjoying my new Takamine EF75. My wife and our two eldest daughters went back the the Opry to see Brad Paisley. Brad introduced Tommy Emmanuel as a special guest who played two songs, this one with the bluegrass pickers. Shirley filmed this for me.

I watched that Grand Ole Opry Show on TV. Those 2 songs were edited out. They showed a Travis song done by Brad and Tommy! Was a pretty good show.

hey dave,
i've got the travis song filmed by my wife also. it was explained to us in the audience that each show is broadcast live around the world and to 38 states. the only thing is, ya' gotta sit through all the commercials that are also being broadcast live. i learned alot about martha white flour that night!

Lanaki, my friend, really: it fits us both! Only catch is that Christopher (5 mos.) doesn't like swings yet...but really, how appropriate!
I can see you now... ;)

Never seen a double-neck reverse guitar like that. Can be played from either side.

The Gatlin Brothers. Great harmonies, and Larry plays an O on these.
