If you're on the north side of the Inn, you may WANT that damn pillow over your head. Dave

I can get another three for golf if needed.

Wed night S/S at the Fla House 8:30 till 11ish

Thursday night nothing planned. Go see Davis at O'Kanes, Wander down to the Palace saloon, check out who's playing at the Green turtle, or at the Fla House, or at Carolines. All that is within a block. We could be playing for ourselves in the back courtyard of the Fla house if we choose.

Friday: A group dinner somewhere. Town wandering afterwards as necessary, back to O'Kanes for an encore with Davis.

Saturday: A group dinner at the Fla house and 8-12 show and join in session.

Part of your fee already paid covers lunch and dinner of Friday and Sat. The Fla house provides breakfast. At least once, the walk should be made to T-Rays for breakfast, 9 blocks. A converted gas station that still sells gas and has great a great eggs/buscuits/grits/colesterol special

Loraine may make a guest appearance a time or two but has her own things that take up the day.

OK, I quit smoking two weeks ago and will start an exercise program next week. SWMBO says that in past experiments, with no smoking and less weight, that my evening serenade has gone from "Heavy Metal" to "Easy Listening Rock".

A CPWTPTBQ said recently that "it wasn't necessarily the volume but the going from silence to instant explosion" that he was most impressed with. I will bring ear plugs for those so inclined to use them.

Wab, you might want to bring a few extry pillows for our dorm mates. But be warned, it may take more than one of ya to do the deed, "Tiny" is not a word used to describe me. ;)

That's the one I am thinking about grabbing for the flight out but probably Sunday night for the return.

If I book that one, maybe we can share a cab to the island.

Beal,
We'll be getting in in the afternoon...Not sure what time Wabbit's plane gets in to JAX but we're meeting him there and then coming to the island...beginning to look like a caravan: Me and Beggin JM; Tim in Tidewater in his vehicle; possibly Crimson Lake in his vehicle are planning to come down together stopping in SC on Tuesday night (JAMSESSION) to pick up Beggin JM and then leaving early Wed. AM for the drive to Jax. ;)

It's way to early for me to commit to being there Wednesday, but I'll do my best. The way things are looking at work, I'll probably have LOTS of free time on my hands about then.

The flip side is I may have a new vocation and not be able to make it at all, but that isn't likely. I'll make this happen hell or high water!

Any day...Waiting on the tracking info. I guess the mothership is in a bit of turmoil over the Fender purchase and getting info from them is tough.

Hey folks - sorry I've been out of pocket a bit...
As I will be bringing golf clubs...Uncle Bill - I could use a guitar...a 1 and 3/4 Slothead will do Bill - gypsy strings since I don't play as much as I used to - or if you have a Jim Collings Dread - that'll do too... if not - any GSO (Guitar shaped object) will do...
If there is room - I'd love to play golf...I play golf about as well as I play a guitar...but I enjoy the company each brings...
I'll be getting in on Wed sometime - no flight booked - gotta room at the Inn - no space as SWMBO will probably come to...by choice
Hmmm...a guitar clinic - and I bring my clubs - but not my axe...might rethink that one...
will fly out later on Sunday...
I hazard to say this...but I will probably have a car...no - not Deep Purple Cliff
As far as performing goes...sure...only you guys know me there...and only a few of you to boot.
It (playing for pay) just doesn't happen much anymore...
S28 and Professor...might be sad if the next time I see you guys is in FLA.
I've never played latex strings.....
