I'll get you the flight details before I leave for Charlotte and I'll try to remember to pack a a shirt that you'd recognize easily. I only have one Hawaiian shirt and everyone at the airport might be wearing one of those, so I'll wear something Ovation. Are you sure you'll have enough room for me with all your cool acoustics? I wouldn't want to displace any of those. I'll gladly share a seat with a guitar if I have to.

My guess for the Ultimate O that I already had was the 04 Commemerative CL. I guess I need to talk to SWMBO about Al's offer. I should have been prepared to work it into the conversation the other day when she told me I should take a guitar to the gathering. Father's Day, the first in 25 with no kids around, might be an opportune time.

I tried, but my failing wrists just won't let me embrace the Bluegrass. Unfortunate. It's the best sounding guitar I've ever had the pleasure of playing, both unplugged and plugged.

Joined: December 2001 Posts: 7247 Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | Have a couple Bass amps, Eden, Ampeg, Ovation. I have a couple guitar cabinets... Actually more than a couple. I guess we can get as loud as we want, I can't imagine anyone caring. I wasn't thinking of setting up the drums, although just for sake of sanity and reality, I may set up my TAMA midi kit or a hybrid kit with real snare, kick and symbols with the rest TAMA pads. I'll have other "percussion" stuff around as it seems to add a LOT to the jams. Tambourine, and other things that go clack and clank.
