Bradley Kim Durasa...
1) I think I'll bring the AD-II rather than the UTE this time. I just might need to go up past the 12th fret. And it is a tasty example of that model.

2) No golf. It's way to persnickity of a sport for me. Thumb at at a precise angle on the the club, feet position critical, do this, don't do that. My tennis game may not look textbook, but I can find the baseline pretty good.

3) I've never written a song. I've tried but it just hasn't happend....yet. I'll give it another shot for the Frisky Mermaid thing. Afterall, this is supposed to be all about stepping out of the box, right? I look forward to the "informal" playing. I'll sing along till the voice gives out or I'm asked to stop. If I am just able to successfully accompany Cliff on a couple songs I'd call that a win. And Dave... lets work out a tune or two, okay?

4) latex... ummm Dave... why are you looking at ME like that??

5) I'll bring my uke but if you want something specific from me, let me know because it has not got alot of attention as of late.

6) Whats with all these one word answers??? You guys are much more talk-a-tive in person.

7) How did this thing jump to 16 pages so fast???

8) If Matt Smith is gonna ask me where I want to "go" with my music I better start figurin' that out right now.

edit: HA! I just went back and re-read Dave's request for "10 words or less". Oh well... to bad.. so sad.

I got Crimson, TidewaterTim and MusicMike for golf.
Who else?
Somewhere else I put a list of guitars available.
There also are 3 soprano ukes and one tenor,
a couple of acoustic basses, some solidbodies, some preOvation Fenders, stuff like that.

As long as he doesn't ask me to "go" into a different room I figure I'm ok.

I'm in (and got a room).

I'll prolly bring the Tak nylon t'play in the room. (Beal, I'll need t'borow a steel-string for class. You mentioned that Q10'll be there. I got "dibbs" on her (we "get along pretty well" t'gether).

I'm in for golf (this'll be my 2nd-and-a-half game). If it gets to where I'm the odd-man-out, I'm willing to sacrifice my spot, if need be . . .
I've got a bag of about two-and-a-half dozen balls t'lose.

Much like Brad, I've YET to fully compose a complete original song, but it's MORE than "HighTime" that I did.
Providing we get ample enough Advance Notice on a "topic", I'm in. I'm also up for "backing up" others if need be.

I'll be OnIsland Wed. noon(ish), and Off early Sun eve.
(although, if I can find enough boats that need t'be lettered, and can develop a new identity, I may just sell my return ticket . . .)

Personally, I'd like t'come away with this with some songwriting technique, t'play some simple leads/fills, a bit o'slide and some DADGAD, if possible.

gonna' be a BigFun!

Cliff, if I go along as a distraction we could probably leave with at least 4 dozen.

Dibs on the Tak360 blewgrass (or the 75 if I can pry it away from Dave).

I am: Jeff "Omaha" Miller
Bringing: Either Koala #2 or my Taylor 714
Staying: Till I run out of beer money
Golfing: Doubt it...when are you playing?
Performing: Huh? For whom? Is there a roadhouse nearby where we can rock?
Latex: Depends on who's wearing it.

Regarding the timing, I've completely lost track of what is or is not scheduled.

I'm flying into Atlanta sometime earlier in the week. I plan on spending a couple of days in Georgia meeting with customers, then driving down to Amelia Island. If anyone needs a ride, let me know.

I haven't made room arrangements yet. The latex talk has me a little nervous.
