I REALLY like the one up above with the doubleneck Miles/Al dragon.

Can't we just do that with the Space Needle or something? :D

One foot is on Microsoft in Redmond and the other is on Tim Eyeman! Lasers are blinding Pilots at Whidbey Island, Starbuck's Sirens are paddling away clutching their clothes, Dino Rossi looks on in fear saying "Not me, I'm really not the Governor", and Paul Allen is putting himself in front of The Mariners and Seahawk stadium's saying "No, take the Coliseum! Nobody watches Basketball anymore!"

People in Mercer Island act totally unaffected while over at Vashon Island you can hear them say "totally awesome dude"!

...and on quiet little Bainbridge Island, where the now resting spirits of those infirmed during WW II release a final sigh... "Bout time-a-you show up Godzilla! What took-a-you so rong?"

Sorry, my boss made the coffee again...

There's nothing quite so deflating as having everyone recognize your charicature, after you thought everyone would agree that you are not nearly so bald or gray. The only innacuracy in mine was that he showed me playing guitar while Mike and John were paddling. I'm a much better paddler than guitar player.

Sounds like I'm safe here in Bellevue. And since I'm up in one of the towers, I'll get a good view of all the death and destruction. I'll get the camera ready!

Mark, don't worry about the baldness. You head matches the back of your guitars :D

That crane missed our office by half a block. Bellevue's land of the cranes these days. There's probably over a dozen in a 6 block radius here.

Hope I didn't hit a sore spot with my flagrant sarcasm. It used to be you worried about waking up with a dozen or so Pink Flamingoes on your lawn. Now its Cranes!

Text sucks dude. There was no soreness. I should have used a smiley or something.

I think only one dude died which is amazing. Sad though. Imagine, sitting in your living room watching Earl, and whamo! Crane in the brain!

I hope to, AJ, but life has been crazy of late.
It'll probably be a last minute decision based on what's happening at the time.

I need my Network reconfigured on July 2nd. I pay out in Carots (or Carrot TRCs). You and BB can talk scooters...

Load the 'puters in the truck with the guitars and he can do it at Miles' place. Preferably before the import beer kicks in.... (as a bonus, Miles can demonstrate "How we hacked it in the Navy.")

That reminds me of a job I'm trying to fill right now. It's rather impossible.

Must be able to pass Merchant Mariner exam
Based out of Anchorage
Spend 60 consecutive days at sea at a time, working 70 hour weeks
Understand and have certifications pertaining to computing security and information (experience with DIACAP, DITSCAP, and DoD Dir 8500.00 as well as technical knowledge)
Must have an active Secret Clearance.

And that just the OVERVIEW. You should see the detailed laundry list.

Sometimes this job can be challenging. I did find a guy tho. He's interviewing this afternoon.

So tentatively, here's my list of what I think I'll be bringing...

OVATIONS:
First year Tornado w/trem (finally I get it this week!)
'69? 1118 GC 12er (on it's way, thanks Jim!)
First year 1117 Legend/Deluxe Balladeer
Sunburst Viper (on it's way, BAD DAMON!)
PF-22 with rails
UKII (DUH!)
6774 Folklore
1778LX

TAKAMINES:
Nashville Series NV340S
Nashville Series TF360SBG (bluegrass)

Peavey T-60 burst
Peavey Predator with Roland GR-33 synth
Gibby V
And hopefully the Mosrite depending on if I get it back in time.

If my son isn't still at harvest, I'll bring him and his 1619 Custome Legend (on the way)

Should I bring the bass? Miles has a bunch there I think.

I know I've tried this once before, but WHAT ARE YOU BRINGING?

I'll probably stop by for a while on the 5th. Thought I might bring a 1624 Country Artist and the Academy if nobody else has them. Maybe my Deacon, Breadwinner or, Viper, but I think those will be well represented. Possibly some electric parts for the big Ovation Parts Swap Meet they're having at the Skagit Valley Fairgrounds.

dunno how many Deacons and Breadwinners ther will be. Didn't see much on Miles' list for those. I've never had the pleasure myself. Next week will be my first time trying a Viper. Can't wait!

I'm still not bringing anything. Even SWMBO was suggesting I should bring a guitar, but I can't see taking one on a plane to Charlotte the week before and then back to Seattle, especially with the new restrictions on luggage. I don't have anything that's too exotic, so the locals should be able to cover it. Anybody around there got a Ute to bring? I'd really like to play one of the OFC Koa Collectors if anyone has one of those.

WHATEVER! Nothing exotic my ass. 07 OFC, 30th anniv., 87C, 99C, U681t... and your list goes on.

I understand though... FREELOADER! ;)

I don't have a Deacon. I have THE Breadwinner and one of the first 10 used to introduce them at NAMM, but I don't have a Deacon at the moment.

Of the solid-bodies... this is what I DON'T have.

- Deacon 6 or 12 (although I have Breadwinners)
- Preacher 6 or 12 (my Preacher has Viper pickups)
- Ultra GP

I also have no Storm series guitars.

I think everything else from the solid body world is covered, many times over. Technically I don't have an actual "Bluebird" but I have the non-Blue version and some other interesting items.

We should also be well covered for Acoustics from what I am reading. I have 3, and I see several others already listed by several people.

No worries.

I should have said nothing exotic that wasn't already covered. Miles has an OFC and a Book Elite, right? The Book is basically the same as the 87C. The 30th CL is covered if anyone brings a CL., especially an early one. Tdeej has a 1547 and 1763, which are much more rare than my 1537 and 1713. Miles has a jillion Ultra GSs. Seems like everything but the Ute is covered. I was thinking we had a member in the Seattle area that had one of those. I'm coming to play your guitars. We should be fine.
