Never actually took the time to see where Amelia is and didn't realize it was that far North. Yeah, the scooters might not be the perfect machine for that trip, eh? Moot point though - I still wish I was going.

Yeh, Amelia and Key West are probably about as diametrically-opposed as you can GET in Florida . . .

Beal,

Is there still one slot available with Randy dropping out? I've lost track with the bantering over scooters. If so, I've had a change of schedule and would like to attend...

I'd be drive down from Virginia, what's the recommended accommodations in the area? Anyone still looking for a roommate?

Tim

I was planning the driving the explorer and bringing the doubleneck and OFC slothead. The case for the doubleneck is huge and would take up half the trunk. No problem driving down there with a second vehicle, do you need extra guitars/gear/golf clubs toted down from your place?

I'm also up for the Thursday Golf...

I will take you up on the room reservation. Just need a confirmation from Beal that there is a slot open and I'll have a check out to him.

Thanks,
Tim

I still haven't booked a room yet either... if I could squeeze in somewhere, that'd be cool. As far as I know, I don't snore.

Wab, it's not the gas that I would be worried about. There was just a small...ah...little...ummm...TINY..naw...miniscule...er...microscopic...incident at the Zillafest this past weekend, that has not been mentioned...er..verified by a certain person that ranks right below a Major, that you MAY want to worried about. TRboy (from now on to be known as Squeaky) knows , but may not tell.

As far as pickin ya up? No prob! If anyone wants to come to my house Tuesday and spend tha night before heading to Amelia Isle on Wednesday, it's fine by me. Mike (I hate to even say this) we can always pack my Mountaineer for the trip to the the Island. It served us well on the Orlando trip.

Come join Mike and I, Tim, it'll be fun!

Thanks, Jim. We'll have to squeeze the story out of Squeaky.

Do you know what time you plan to leave on Sunday? My flight leaves at 3pm, but I could get to JAX anytime between 12-2. Just a hint.

I don't think it should be a problem Wab. I (as usual) will let Music chime in here. No specific time schedule for me.

Wabbit,

I can drop you at JAX in that time frame. I'll be headed back north about then.

By the way, I should have a FD-14 for sure and probably a 1537. The UTE will be looking for a new home by then, if not before.

Blues, is this a "For Sale" for the UTE?

Tim, is that a "I will meet you and Music in Simpleville" I'm there?

Rumor has it Unca Beal's on the Isle or the Tak Board.
