Joined: February 2005 Posts: 11840 Location: closely held secret | No, I'm using MainConcept mpeg encoder to rip the VOB's to 29.97 fps mpegs. Then I'll use DVD Architect to re-author it. There may still be a little jumpiness in it, I don't think I've ever been able to convert frame rates without a little. Doing it on my laptop while at work, I should be able to test it tonight. Doesn't help that the original video is 352 x 576. Bumping that up to 720 x 480 while ripping. Got my finners crossed! | ||

Sorry, couldn't do much to improve the video quality - VHS is VHS. Still, very watchable. Too bad their tape ran out during the first part. I'll get it sent off to Jeff for redistribution. | ||
