Yeah Colt, It is a nice watch. But I seem to be in the minority here, in that I only own ONE watch, AND I wear it.

A few years ago I was all set to spend a grand on something really nice. Then I sobered up and went to Costco. Spent $75 for a Swiss Army watch. I love it.

"Does anyone really need to use the phone that bad that they need to carry it around on their body"? --Yak

Uh, and Yak... I also tell my friends, "If you ever see me OWNING a cell phone, please shoot me!"
Cuz at that time, I will have violated all my Old-Hippie standards.
Bad enough that I now have an ATM card, but a cell-phone would be just too much!

A Gruen from WalMart. I like it 'cause it's still luminous enough to see at 5 or six in the morning. I also like it during the daytime 'cause I always like knowing how late I am.

Seiko digital I bought myself about 15 years ago, and a gold Seiko analog I was recently given as a 10 year gift from work.

Now that I think about it, I wear them less and less lately.

A $5 special that I can bash around at work and not worry if it gets broken. Not sure of the conversion rate but $5 Australian is probably....not much in $US. Funny thing is I can't play guitar with a watch on

Don't wear one.
There are plenty of other devices around to tell me how late I am.

Many watches have become like cell phones. They do so many other things it makes it difficult to tell what time it is (make a phone call).

I've got two Seikos that serve as my "dressy" timepieces, but my everyday watch is one I bought off ebay about a year ago with the, um... CF Martin & Co logo on it.

For years now I thought I might like a nice, dressy pocket watch.
But if it's been this long, I must not want it very much.

Yeah, one that is engraved, has a flip-top face, and plays a lullaby when you open it.
That would be cool. The Good, The Bad, and The Redundant.

I have one that just says "NOW" on the face...no hands. Usually, that's all I need to know.

A couple of different Rolies and a Tag, depending on my mood. Aside from my grandfather's ring(and the left hand ring of course) it's the only jewlery I wear.

I have no preference, brand-wise, as long as it is operational and allows me to know what time it is when I need it. Currently, I'm wearing a Seiko.

I have 2 Seiko Sports 100s. One is black and one is a gold dress watch. They are over 20 years old and still work great. I also have an old Omega tuning fork watch. (It hums!)
But in reality, I don't wear any of them. Between my cell, my pager, the clock in my van and 20 different devises in the house that also tell time. A wrist watch is seriously redundant.

Always wear a Seiko Chrono Giugario special design that I got in 1995 to celebrate a big deal. White metal with gold accents. Feel lost with out it.

When I was nursing I used always wear a black plastic Swatch, nice clear white face with proper numbers and luminous hands. Sat pretty flush to my arm and was waterproof which made it excellent for wiping down when it would get splashed with various body fluids, drinks, thrown medications etc.
