In terms of decoration, what I like are the purfling and the inlay on the headstock. Very nice.

No doubt it smells as good as it looks. To me that's half the beauty of a rosewood guitar.

Congratulations, nice guitar.

Yeah, I noticed that. It's a red "Ludwig" T-shirt. Setup? Who knows. I put the guitar on a stand on the back patio, I use a Casio EXZ-40, no flash, point and CLICK.

Some people get all the good toys. Guess that's what happens when you drive a station wagon. That's a real find Dave ... gonna bring it to Florida?

More room to carry guitars.

Thinking about it. It would look pretty cool slung over my back riding through town on one of those little red scooters. Btw, Julie and I are arriving Monday eve. She's staying through Friday am. Bill says there is a some kind of bluegrass deal on Mondays and a songwriting contest on Wed. eve. They announce some topic a few weeks in advance and you write something. We're gonna give it a go.

Dave, The topic that week is "Fast or speed" a pretty wide open subject. This week is Trains and there will be a lot of train songs. Debanjo Rheinhardt is visiting from North Carolina and is going to play a little guitar and banjo for me on mine. Pam Turner is playing bass also. Then Steve(aka Debanjo) is settin in on guitar with Davis Turner. Should be a good week

That's real nice. I like the pickguard, and I don't know why a slothead would make it any better.

OK. I'll see what I can work up. Maybe twist the words a little and write something about "fasting". We could dress up as Susan Day and Twiggy. Does the Frisky Mermaid clientel have a sense of humor?

It must be the Arizona morning sunlight then. I really miss sunlight sometimes during out 7 month gray season.

Half of taking Good Pictures is good Light.

The other half (with digital) is getting close enough and not relying on a digital zoom.

The other half is knowing how to properly hold the camera STILL while you're shooting.

Hey, Dave!
Would you mind picking me up a FriskyMermaid t-shirt when you're down there?? (I saw 'em on their WebPage) We can hand-off & I'll reimburse you when you come out for the Tour.
If you wouldn't mind, I'd appreciate it.
(I'll leave it to your good judgement on the level of "risque" on the shirt;-)
