But new guitars are hard to justify while owning a 1537 / 87C / 1983 1117, all in great condition. These new guitars make me wish I were a young man just starting down the guitar road and carrying a full load of G.A.S.

FlySig I also sent an email about the errors in the listing to sweetwater we'll see if they change the description.

Here is a listing from Thomann it says bolt on neck with 2 way truss rod and has the TR cover on the headstock so looks like an LX neck design,it says roundback and under specs it says DB which I hope means deep bowl,I wouldn't trust the sweetwater specs https://www.thomannmusic.com/ovation_pro_legend_1767_4s_g_usa.htm

The truss rod nut is very far in the cavity, farther than previous LX. I like the satin finish (top and neck) but that's always been my preference. I swapped out the Gotoh 510's (1:21 ratio) with gold finish and 'normal' buttons for Gotoh antique gold (also 1:21 ratio). Easy drop-in replacement. I like the buttons and the non-glossy finish, nothing wrong with the OEM tuners. Picture below. (Tuners.jpg) Attachments ---------------- Tuners.jpg (128KB - 0 downloads)
