I was told that men could not use vacuums, washing machines and dryers, dishwashers, or anything in the house.... could I have been so deceived????? ![]() I am really amazed and proud of the men who help in their households. My Dad never touched one thing in the house, and when my Mom passed away, he was clueless. He couldn't even run the microwave (seriously, not kidding) Ex was the same way. I think that is Wonderful NerdyDave! ![]() ![]()

Patch, my Brother said that he has a good camera, he is supposed to be bringing it over this morning. I asked him to get a couple good shots of it for me! My ipad just doesn't cut it... I need you and/or Damon to come take some pictures of these Incredible Guitars - wait until you see what is coming in next week! ![]() Then no more until next Spring again, I won't subject these Incredible pieces to the "Crack Curse" again. It is 25 here this morning, and I finally put on a sweatshirt, but shipping guitars up here in cold weather is too much of a crap-shoot.

We just need the masculine touch to get our vacuuming engines going ladies!

Gonna show it to my wife (not the part about the vacuum etc.) to show her how nice properly displayed guitars look. Thank you Glen! All of the credit goes to the Guys here, who shared pictures of their Wonderful Caves, taught me about the Power Drill. Which screws are the best, pilot holes, clutch on the drill, and spacing measurements. Which hangers to use, and how to attach them all securely! This is a very Special Group of guys to take the time to teach a woman how to do all of this via the Internet, and from thousands of miles away! I feel this was a Group Project, and I learned allot, and had allot of fun! They were even extremely kind when I used the wrong terminology, and did not make me feel too much like an idiot! LOL!!!! GREAT Group here!!! ![]()

In photo 19 there is a top with some kind of interesting marks near the bridge. What are those? The Tak is signed by Toby Keith, it was a Guitar that was made for a Ford Dealership Giveaway, and Toby is one of their Spokesmen. It has Bolivian Rosewood back and sides, and a solid Cedar top. The Odd Duck with the Markings (next to the Koa Celebrity) is a Spalted Maple Elite Celebrity. It has the most unique face I have ever seen! I LOVE Beautiful wood patterns, so I bought it, and it has really amazing sound! I bought it because it was so unique, but it plays Beautifully!! ![]() ![]() Attachments ---------------- ![]()

Sadly, no basement and the rest of our house is full of my vacuum, washing machine and dishwasher collections. OK, not true, I don't really collect dishwashers, but the lack of available space means my only real option is to extend our house. HHmmmm.

As learned on boat construction sometimes it is easier to blow things out versus suck it up.... open that outside door, hook up the hose to the out take and let rip. It is one h*** of a duster. Of course being a man it is possible I got things wrong....

Why just go for a shop vac, when you can use a leaf blower???? ![]() I use my leaf blower all the time to clean my deck, and clean out the garage and barn (I use the BIG one in the barn), and thought "What a GREAT way to clean the bricks in the fireplace and the high textured ceilings, and beams!!" And it was!!!! And I am STILL cleaning the dust out of the house!!! But by Gosh, my fireplace and ceilings look fantastic!!!! Power Lesson Learned... there is a reason our household power tools are not so powerful... ![]() Maybe I need something a bit smaller, like the shop vac! Thank You Cavalier!! ![]()

I use my poor dishwasher for my bird cages. The food and water cups, the perches, the ladders, and toys all go in the dishwasher, then I do the grates and the actual cages by hand, it saves me hours of hand washing, and they are all sanitized and clean!

I think you meant to type "floorplay"
Personally, I think vacuuming sucks.
