Last I heard, he wanted to move to someplace safe. I know that's a bit cryptic, that's all the info I have on the topic of his whereabouts ... literally.

Fred and Russ are in touch occassionally. I think Russ may have been up for the NAMM show but I'm not certain.

Goober had some serious health problems and I suspect that he's dealing with his dad's health problems as well. I've only gotten hold of him once since last May. I call and leave messages every once in a while. When he climbs in a hole, he pulls it in after him. Wish he'd call.....

Russ was at NAMM again this year. Biz is good. He's thinking that PV is getting a bit crowded.

Last I talked to Russ he was working on a line of guitars.
I designed a logo for him that he really liked, and that was the last I'd heard . . .

I think Jason's just Living In Communicado.

I don't know Jason personally, I did buy a guitar from him, and had many conversations with him (phone & email)during which time I learned that he had an inoperable brain tumor. May be why he isn't hanging out here anymore...

I know I'm a cynical bas***d, but from his first dozen posts I always thought jason was a con artist. Meeting him at the tour didn't change my mind one bit. I know a lot of people liked him/sympathized with him and undoubtedly think the worst of me, but if he had a brain tumour I would figure a couple bottles of tequila per evening were not on his list of approved medications. And he told me it was a problem at birth.
