I recently bought a higher end Washburn classical that didnt come close to my cheap Yamaha. likewise, I have yet to play a new (under 500)fender, gibson, tak, or washburn jumbo or dreadnaught which plays as well as my 70s Fanin (obscure and defunct). I think "most machine for the money" is a big factor for many players. My "bang for the buck" list goes, Ovation, breedlove, Seagull. | ||
