This next tune is by Jason, the Pizza Guy who came by the Guthrie Center to deliver an order of Pizza.

So here is a terrific cover version of the classic Willie/Waylon song..........

Yeah... I enjoyed that guy too.
The Guthrie had that "time warp back to the late 60's vibe" to it. With the long hair, buckskin fringed boots, and the hippie-chick girl friend, Jason was a page right out of the 60's. And the camera adds about 20 lbs to the kid. He couldn't have been more than 140 lbs.
He definatly has a style.

He's good.
It's reassuring to watch this and know it wasn't just the popcorn kicking in.

Just watched all these videos and they're all great! Two guitars I want are Stephen's and the bloke on the right in the first vid!

All great musicians, loved each vid.

Stephen, how do I make my guitar sound like yours????

lol.....actually that guitar is one of the legendary Adamas longnecks that belongs to Beal (on loan to Cliff).

I have a matching 6 and 12 string Adamas 2080D set of longnecks that essentially sound the same but have the looks of a standard 2080.

2080D Longnecks

That's the secret to the sound (along with having an excellent sound man at the house mixer)!

and thanks for the compliments on all the videos. They will all come courtesy of Brad who recorded everything FOH with a Zoom Q3HD.

Next up is Serge who does a great cover of the Grayson Capps tune JukeBox with accompaniment by Paul on slide, Jeff on silent cajon and Beal on 2nd acoustic guitar.

Martinez,
Al (one of the site owners/moderator) whose video will be featured in the upcoming days, can get you an Adamas or Ovation at a great price.

As a matter of fact almost all the Ovation/Adamas guitars you see in the various videos probably were acquired through Al.
He ships worldwide all the time to our overseas OFC members.

The guitar Bob is playing in the first video is a Takamine with Madagascar back and sides and an Adirondack top. Al is also an authorized dealer for Takamine.
