Interesting. I like it and all the "extra stuff". I'm gonna have to browse around a bit more, kick the tires.

However, It's hard to beat the simplicity of the the classic OFC.

Now I have to jump back and forth between two forums. Hopefully this won't go on too long.

Miles , everytime I go to the site I get an error message that Internet Explorer has encountered a problem with add ons and needs to close. It then tells me to send the error message to Microsoft or dont.Any thing I click on ends up kicking me off Internet Explorer.
Suggestions please  and try and keep them simple. Thanks GWB

Actually the Networking site works better in IE at least until Firefox has the next update, but that being said...

Insure you are up to date on IE. That error sounds like a few of the bugs that have been recently addressed, or, you have some malware. There aren't any "add-ins" required that I can tell on the home page.

How do my young nerd-buddies say it... Internet Explorer Sux?
Something like that... I'll wait for the Firefox update.

(Or check for one now...)

Okay, I got "Firefox 3" and now I have the Cuter :p version of the tool bar...
I hope that it is better, even though I've had no problem with the New site.

Wow, embedded song support now! (See "My Music" in your Profile Page) How often have we seen requests for that around here? Cool!

First glance... I think I like it.

It's going to take some time that I don't have right now to browse around and try and break it before I come up with a proper opinion, but it seems nice and fresh.

After returning 'over there', the screens are different than yesterday, a lot more friendly.

If the original forum layouts are retained, I think I could learn to live with the extra goodies. Learning how to do the whats, whens and wheres may require some help.

Still my main concern is retaining the 'family' personality within the General forum without fragmenting out into different 'specialty rooms(?)'.
