Congrats. I'm glad for both of us, because I was thinking about offering you mine if you didn't get this one.

Good Going Meuti!

I'm surprised it took that long. When I put that up there I thought some 'citizen' would snatch it up. And I wanted one of y'all to get it.

Man, it's a Hard World for sellers right now!

Hi Meuti,

congrats to you for your new baby. Let me know, how it sounds, when it is by you. I haven't played an Adamas before, because I don't like the top of it. I prefer a wooden top. But I'm curious to your experiences.

Best wishes to you and for your new guitar.

Bernie

Hi,

I'll think you all be right, but on stage the carbon top is not an eye-catcher (I think). My collectors '95 with it's fine high gloss spruce top shines like pearl.

Bernie,

I don't think the carbon top is as good an eye catcher as a nice wood top, but that's also a personal preference. But once the audience heard this one, they wouldn't care if it looked like a beat up banjo. It's a killer.

Agree with the previous comments. The adamas tops are anything but attractive. Red? Blue? Come on. And the fig leaf epaulets are seriously gay. BUT ... the damn things do sound pretty dog gone nice.

I can't imagine having to wait for a guitar to ship overseas. I'd have to fly over and get it myself.
