If SWMBO knew I was even reading this thread I'd get in trouble. Too much to drool at Tony. OFC I - drool, but no way I could fork out that sort of cash (c'mon NYE lotto draw). 1687s (mmm, red).

I'll have to go visit AJ again to live out my fantasies.

I have been asked about the acoustic 1127-4 GC Artist F-161 from 1968-1969. At a NAMM party, even Kim could not identify the bracing...it is what I would call a modified 'A'. Whatever, the result is amazing. The firm price is $800 (buyer pays shipping and insurance); sorry no trades.

$800 is a very fair price for that guitar. Maybe a little low....

Most of these guitars were 'adopted' or held until an OFC'er (or Takamine Forum member) had the interest or ability to buy one. In a number of cases, I already have mine or I have replaced it by moving to the next level. They are for sale because I am running out of room and they are not getting played.

I realized that I didn't include prices in the first post...prices are firm and I am not interested in trades (at least for guitars I already have).

Below prices do not include shipping and insurance.

Tornado 1231 and the Hurricane 12-str are not currently available. I sold the T-Head and I may have sold my Italian made Wurlitzer 12-string which I only bought in 2005 because I couldn't find a Hurricane to buy. The Tornado and Hurricane make a perfect pair which I will probably keep.

The very early 1127-4 acoustic Glen Campbell Artist is no longer available. Another thread as to the best made me reconsider keeping it. No finer sound in a wood top. For those who were asking about it, my apologies. Something about it...hard to put down.

Nick, not for disclosure but I can take them...most of my pictures were taken for insurance purposes prior to one of the large fires that threatened our area. Send me your email by PM or my email address (see Profile). That way I can send them to you as a zip file.
