The slothead is cool, but I just want to know where Tim (and others) find the SUPER-COOL Heart concert pictures!!!!! Youse guys always find such really GOOD ones that I've never seen!!!!!

Added by edit: Also, if you're a Heart fan, check out the endorsement ad Nancy is doing in the electric magazines for the Epiphone Les Paul Ultra the last couple of months. I understand she advised Gibson on the features of this guitar (slim neck, narrow nut, light chambered body).

Easy to throw a few dollars out there when you know it has to be below reserve (heck, that's what I did).

That's why I didn't throw in a $205,000 bid on that Martin. I was afraid that would be the reserve. That and a few other reasons.

Something she is unable to achieve or maintain in real life.

From what I understand, Nancy also has a signature Martin guitar in the works.

Waskel, number 1 is actually University of Portland tuition bill. 2 is IRS. Porsche is paid for and despite all the bad things I say about her, my wife paid for most of the cabin remodel out of her inheritance. So, that moved her down to number 4 and the house is still number 3.

No, Mark, you misunderstood me. I meant those were the things you would probably lose, should you choose to bid $205k on the Martin.

...Just for the record...I would never confuse Nancy for Ann

and Waskel, I got what you meant...leave up to certain professional occupations to obfuscate, what is perfectly clear to the rest of us....

Some of you have a better understanding of divorce than I do. Sorry, Waskel, I was thinking of other financial obligations, not what would happen if I didn't meet them.

Thought this might help, Mark...

divorce1) n. the termination of a marriage by legal action, requiring a petition or complaint for divorce (or dissolution in some states, including California) by one party. Some states still require at least a minimal showing of fault, but no-fault divorce is now the rule in which "incompatibility" is sufficient to grant a divorce. The substantive issues in divorces are division of property, child custody and support, alimony (spousal support), child visitation and attorney's fees. Only state courts have jurisdiction over divorces, so the petitioning or complaining party can only file in the state in which he/she is and has been a resident for a period of time (as little as six weeks in Nevada). In most states the period from original filing for divorce, serving the petition on the other party and final judgment (or decree) takes several months to allow for a chance to reconcile.
