Wait - we forgot First Alternate's and Tim's clues...

"What was the name of the group Alan Arkin was in?"
(hint: the founder of the group's idol was Josh White!)

"Title was opposite of Van Halen's early hit runnin with the red guy downstairs"

Anyone?

Hope this is obscure enough.

On what groups album and one hit does Pete Townsend play bass as 'Bijou Frieze'?

For Bonus Points; what did members of this group go on to do?

I have not got a clue to this line of questions & answers. You guy's know your trivia for sure. I do remember the Lennon Line never knew where it came from. Wow that must have been a shocker to those stuffed shirts in that era! John was as cool as they come.

It was "Bijou Drains" playing bass for Thunderclap Newman - "Something In The Air".

Jimmy McCulloch - Wings
Andy Newman - still doing the Thunderclap thing

A guy named Donnie Iris had a hit single in 1980 called "Ah, Leah". He also had a hit in 1976 with a one-hit wonder band. Name the band and the song.

BONUS ROUND: Donnie is one lucky dog... how many people have had lightning strike three times? He was also part of another one-hit wonder in 1970. For bonus points, name that band and song.

(somebody please cue the Jeopardy music...)

One of the stupidest one-hit wonders in history. I absolutely hated that song.

Aren't they the answers to two questions from earlier? Or are we not supposed to answer? You know I never know what's going on.

What links Eire Apparent with Joe Cocker's Grease Band and Wings?

Elvis and BTO - were they both one hit wonders?
